What We Believe

“In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity.”
- St. Augustine of Hippo

We Are Reformed

The Bible is God's word to us.
The meaning of life is to love and glorify God.
God has chosen a family of sinful people to forgive and change from lovers-of-selves into lovers-of-God.
All are invited into this family by trusting in Jesus.
Together we give the world a little glimpse of heaven by the way we live and invite others to know God.

We Are Covenantal

A covenant is a pact, or binding agreement. It is based on promises and relationships. God enters into covenants with his people throughout scripture. Whenever God saves someone, he intends for that person to be connected to a covenant family of believers.

That's what our church is. We are committed to each other. We laugh with, love, correct, and pray for one another. Life Groups, Sunday School, and Bible Studies give us a place to know others and to be known.

We Are Missional

The Bible says the mission of God is to remake heaven and earth and rule it with a reborn people. We want to be a blessing to others because that's one way we can announce his kingdom is coming! Our primary outreach is to the foster parents and children of our community. We also invest in global missions through our network of churches. We support several individuals and families who have gone to tell the world about Jesus.

We Are Part of A Network

Belonging to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) connects us to oversight and resources. Check out EPC.org for the essentials of our faith, our confession, FAQs and position papers on many contemporary topics.

What's in a Name?

Saint Andrew: We are named after the first Evangelist. Andrew brought Peter to Jesus. (John 1:41)
Evangelical: Evangel means messenger. We want to introduce the world to Jesus.
Presbyterian: Presbyter means elder. We are led by elders.
