We are thrilled you’re considering joining us for worship at Saint Andrew! It can be intimidating to set foot in a new church, we get that. But don’t worry, no matter who you are, you’ll feel at home in our family! One of the things we love about St. Andrew is our diversity. God has added to our number people of all ages, all political stripes, all socio-economic brackets, and all levels of spiritual maturity. You’ll find a kindred spirit, or several, at St. Andrew Presbyterian.
That said, let us answer the big questions anyone has when going to a new church for the first time...

What happens on Sunday mornings?Worship starts at 10:15, in the sanctuary. Our services average an hour and 15 minutes. They are also available online on at our Youtube channel. Here are some helpful tips: If you like chit chat, come between 9:45 and 10 to leave time for that. If you’re the kind of person who likes to slip in 5 minutes after the service has begun, that’s ok! Use the 4th street entrance. You’ll thank me later! At 9:00, an adult class meets downstairs in the Dining Hall and runs until 10:00.

What should I wear? We’re a diverse bunch. You will not feel out of place in a suit or in sweat pants. If you’re a middle-of-the-road kind of person, shoot for khakis or jeans with a casual blouse or button down shirt.

Is there a program for children? Our littlest disciples (birth-Preschool) are invited to spend the morning in the nursery or remain with you, whichever you prefer. Our Nursery Coordinator, Mindy, and her volunteers would be delighted to play and do crafts with your children. All kids spaces are secured during the service and all volunteers have completed background checks. During the sermon children Kindergarten - 5th Grade are welcome to join our "Young Disciples" in Kids Worship where they will participate in bible lessons designed just for them.
-
Where are you located? Our address is 316 4th Street, in Auburn, Indiana. The church is 4 blocks north of W 7th Street (Highway 8), and less than a block west of N. Van Buren Street. Get directions on Google Maps.
-
Where should I park? There is a spacious parking lot behind the church building, between West 2nd and 3rd Streets.
