Prayers for Our Missions

Missions that are supported by St. Andrew EPC need your prayerful support. Please take a moment to see the list below and prayer for these special needs.

  • Behnan

    • Their children and other children to be strong against peer pressure at school.
    • Pray for encouragement of the believers.
    • Pray for the revival all over the country.
    • Pray for the stopping of terrorism.
    • Pray for the protection of the believers.

  • Randy and Martha:

    • Pray for their on-going language training.

  • For Justin and Joni:

    • Pray for God’s leading for Justin and Joni as they consider opportunities to serve in the mission field.
    • Pray for them as they start their married life together.
  • Campus Crusade for Christ ask for prayers for the soldiers in Iraq. They are in need of financial support to send RDKs (a package containing small, pocket-size New Testament, evangelistic booklet, devotional, and some Bible verse references especially appropriate for soldiers). They cost $3.25 each. They are getting request for 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
  • Please pray for college students and campus ministries. Pray for the following ministries:
    • Tony & Kaylene Feiger at Dartmouth College: Pray they will not become content or become complacent about the spiritual climate at Dartmouth. Pray that the Lord will increase their vision & passion for Him, His glory, & for His purpose for them.
    • Joel & Leah Chandler at Ball State University
    • John & Cindy Cannon with Campus Crusade with Christ . . . pray for everystudent.com ministry and financial support.
    • John & Jane Hursh with Campus Crusade with Christ . . . pray they do not lose their focus and for financial support.
  • Please pray for our local students. And pray for Jim Kaiser as he builds relationships with the boys in Fast Start. Pray for opportunities for Youth for Christ to reach students for Christ. . . .Pray for the boys and their families.
  • Rev. Robert and Joyce – pray for safety for the family.
    • Pray for Joyce as she teaches 12th grade English Lit class. Pray the students will be challenged by the works of CS Lewis.
      Pray for their children to find good friends and they will have good times with the Lord.
  • DeKalb Council on Pregnancy – pray for financial support.
  • Stu and Marsha Coiner:
    • For Stu’s health and continued guidance for his oncologist. For strength as he resumes chemo treatments.
    • Pray for a timely completion of the Rwandan buildings and for the timing in providing building materials.
    • Pray for continued momentum in improving the quality of education and teaching skills. Pray for the teachers to be sensitive to God’s word.
    • Pray for protection for daughters, Lisa and Melanie, and for their continued growth in their walk with the Lord. Pray for God’s clear guidance as Lisa and Jonathan plan the rest of their lives together.
    • Pray for Marsha's adjustment health.
    • o Pray for their summer furlough – safe travel and good fellowship with supporters.
  • Rev. Stephen and Belinda:
    • Pray for Belinda’s mother and her fight with cancer.
    • Pray for health and stamina for Stephen as he travels.
  • George and Jan Waterman
    • Pray for increase financial support for “Feed My Sheep” program.
    • Pray for God’s clear direction for George and Jan’s future Ministry.
  • Pray for the following Missionary Kids attending college in the US:
